A Little Bit About Me, the Founder of Maisons Pillow

"As a dedicated Psychology major at the University of Wisconsin, I've always been driven by a deep-seated passion for helping others. Over time, I realized that my advice had a positive impact on those around me.
This realization sparked an idea - why not reach out to more people? Why not turn this innate ability into a force for good on a larger scale? That's when I decided to establish my own business as an LLC, which has been operating since 2021.
Now, I'm on a premed track to earning my MD in medicine, and I'm excited about the potential of my business to make a difference. My journey is not just about pursuing a degree or running business; it's about turning my passion into a platform that can benefit others."

Where Hard Work and Dedication Align

I’ve always been naturally tuned in to people—how they think, what they need, and how they want to feel. In 2021, I took that instinct and built something of my own, turning a simple idea into a business that has grown with me over time. It’s important to me that my work feels intentional and real, not just transactional. I value the trust my clients give me and don’t take it lightly being part of their lives, even in a small way. This business reflects who I am, and I’m proud of what it’s becoming.

What does Maisons Pillow of Roses mean?

I chose the name Maisons Pillow of Roses with intention. “Maison” speaks to the feeling of home—a place where you can be yourself without pressure. The “pillow” represents comfort and trust, like having a space where you can lay everything down and speak freely. And the “roses” reflect care and thoughtfulness, adding a sense of warmth and beauty to the experience. Together, the name captures what I want my business to feel like—safe, personal, and meaningful.
